The Lewmar Wave spring self-tailer combines its renowned and gentle wave grip feature with self-adjusting springs. The ultimate self-tailing design, this winch is simple to use and provides a firm grip on a wide range of line diameters automatically. It handles today’s smaller diameters, as well as the traditional larger Dacron® composite ropes. A sleek, minimum-friction feeder arm provides absolute snag-free operation.
Lewmar winch design allows simple servicing. No tools are required. Simply unscrew the top cap with your fingers to remove the needle peen drum and gain access to the center stem. Lewmar winches are also easy to fit. Simply remove the needle peen drum for access to the deck fitting holes.
