Description
The KING PLANK is a feature of kayak decks; it straddles the midline. Typically, it is installed AFTER the first two rows of bead and cove planking have been attached to the deck molds.
The king planks we provide are 1/4″ x 5/8″ x length of your project and are cut from western red cedar.
The default version of this single strip has a BEAD PROFILE on both edges which allows the builder to run subsequent strips parallel to the king plank. Square edge planks are also available.
